Conversation and Labs intake

The guided intake stores the answers you choose to provide, the conversation transcript, your contact information, a short generated brief, referral source, timestamps, and a submission reference number. Labs applications require a LinkedIn profile. Phone numbers are optional for general inquiries.

AI may help phrase follow-up questions and summarize answers. We do not send the contact details entered in the dedicated contact fields to the AI model. Gemini may process personal information you include in an open-text answer, so keep those answers focused on the business. Do not submit passwords, credentials, regulated data, or confidential customer records.

How we use it

We use the information to review the request, decide whether Wolf Works can help, follow up with you, and maintain an operating record of the conversation. A person reviews every submitted brief.

Where it goes

Submitted information is stored in Wolf Works infrastructure. Google Gemini may process non-contact conversation text when AI guidance is enabled. Resend delivers the copy sent to you and the internal notification sent to Wolf Works. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention

Unsubmitted drafts expire after 7 days. Conversation transcripts for submitted requests are removed after 30 days. Submission records are retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is required for an active business relationship or by law.

Delete or correct your information

Email admin@wolfworks.llc with your submission reference number. We will correct or delete the applicable record unless we need to retain it for legal or active contractual reasons.

Basic website data

The site may process standard request information needed for security and delivery, such as an IP address, browser headers, and page path. Abuse controls use short-lived, one-way identifiers and do not add your answer text to analytics or application logs.
